To Whom Interest is Payable. Interest on each Interest Payment Date shall be payable to the Person in whose name the Notes are registered at the close of business on the regular record date for such Interest Payment Date, which regular record date shall be the March 1, June 1, September 1 or December 1 (whether or not a Business Day), as the case may be, next preceding such Interest Payment Date (each, a “Regular Record Date”); provided, however, that interest due on the Maturity Date or any Redemption Date or Tax Redemption Date (in each case, whether or not an Interest Payment Date) will be paid to the Person to whom principal of such Notes is payable (subject to the rights of Holders on the relevant Regular Record Date to receive interest due on any Interest Payment Date preceding the Maturity Date, Redemption Date or Tax Redemption Date).
