Common use of Tobacco or Non-Tobacco Products Clause in Contracts

Tobacco or Non-Tobacco Products. A student shall not smoke, use, or possess tobacco; tobacco products; other plant products (such as clove cigarettes); synthetic tobacco products, nicotine delivery products, including e-cigarettes (electronic cigarettes) and vaporizers of any kind; or any other substance that may be used for smoking, vaporizing or otherwise to consume tobacco or deliver nicotine to the body and look-alike products which may not actually contain tobacco or nicotine. This applies to school property and school events both on and off school property.
