Toledo Public Schools. “the District) and the Toledo Federation of Teachers (“the Federation) recognize that they are unable to predict changes. The Parties understand the importance of the District’s need for flexibility to adhere to the aforementioned changes. Therefore, each year the District and the Federation will strive to make every effort to ensure that changes, that both the District and Federation agree upon, will be scheduled for the following year utilizing one of the following formats: waiver days, delayed starts, monthly staff meetings, or negotiated rates of compensation for before or after schoolwork. In the continued spirit of collaboration, the Parties agree to mutually develop a format to address and ensure compliance with the mutually agreed upon changes, utilizing the aforementioned formats.
