Common use of Toll-Free Telephone Number Clause in Contracts

Toll-Free Telephone Number. Prior to the Notice Date, the Settlement Administrator shall establish a toll-free telephone number, through which Settlement Class Members may obtain information about the Action and the Settlement and request a mailed copy of the Long Form Notice and/or the Claim Form, pursuant to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
