Common use of Toll Transit Clause in Contracts

Toll Transit. 6.3.11.2.1 Toll Transit is any traffic that originates from one Telecommunications Carrier’s network, transits Qwest’s network, and terminates to yet another Telecommunications Carrier’s network between an EAS Local area but within the LATA. The applicable Qwest rate contained in Exhibit A of this Agreement shall apply to the originating Party.

Toll Transit. 6.3.11.2.1 Toll Transit is any traffic that originates from one Telecommunications Carrier’s network, transits Qwest’s network, and terminates to yet another Telecommunications Carrier’s network between an EAS Local which is outside of the local calling area but within the LATA. The applicable Qwest A per minute of use rate contained in Exhibit A of this Agreement shall apply will be charged to the originating Party, as set forth in Exhibit A.
