TOOLS AND REPLACEMENTS. Employees’ personal tools which are broken through normal use on the job will be replaced by the School Board at no cost to the employee, provided the broken tool is presented to the appropriate manager to verify damage. Tools provided by the District that are damaged or lost due to proven employee negligence will be replaced at the employee’s expense.
