Tools and Software. The software for compatibility analysis, developed and provided by ITU BR to the participating administrations are: - CA_compat which is a compatibility analysis tool, based on technical criteria contained in document towards a Preliminary Draft New REPORT ITU-R BT.[dttplanningCAC] at xxxxx://xxx.xxx.xxx/md/R15-WP6A-C-0375/en and “Protection criteria of the fixed and mobile services for the VHF/UHF multilateral coordination in the Central American and Caribbean areas” at xxxxx://xxx.xxx.xxx/md/R15-WP5A-C-0452/en . - CADisplay, an application designed to assist the administrations in analysing the calculations related to the compatibility analysis for Television (the user manual can be found on xxxxx://xxx.xxx.xxx/en/ITU-R/terrestrial/broadcast/Americas/Documents/CADisplay-E.pdf) The propagation prediction model implemented by the Bureau is based on the document at: xxxxx://xxx.xxx.xxx/md/R15-WP3K-C-0159/en. CA_compat does not use the Digital Terrain Model (DTM). However, the calculations are taking into account propagation conditions along the entire path between the transmitter and the receiver (land, sea, mixed) in accordance with the ITU IDWM1 as well as the effective antenna height, which represents the height of the transmitting antenna above terrain height averaged between distances of 3 to 15 km, in the direction of the receiving antenna (SRTM: xxxx://xxx.xxx.xxx/SRTM3/index.html ). The administrations are encouraged to use further any other software with digital terrain model to facilitate bilateral coordination.

  • Tools and Equipment As established by current practices, the Employer may determine and provide necessary tools, tool allowance, equipment and foul weather gear. The Employer will repair or replace employer-provided tools and equipment if damaged or worn out beyond usefulness in the normal course of business.   • Access Controls The system providing access to PHI COUNTY discloses to 20 CONTRACTOR or CONTRACTOR creates, receives, maintains, or transmits on behalf of COUNTY 21 must use role based access controls for all user authentications, enforcing the principle of least privilege.

  • For Information/Tools and Other Research Studies  Outcome of project.  Published documents, including date, title, and periodical name.  A discussion of policy development. State if the project has been cited in government policy publications or technical journals, or has been used to inform regulatory bodies.  The number of website downloads.  An estimate of how the project information has affected energy use and cost, or have resulted in other non-energy benefits.  An estimate of energy and non-energy benefits.  Data on potential job creation, market potential, economic development, and increased state revenue as a result of project.  A discussion of project product downloads from websites, and publications in technical journals.  A comparison of project expectations and performance. Discuss whether the goals and objectives of the Agreement have been met and what improvements are needed, if any. • Respond to CAM questions regarding responses to the questionnaires. The Energy Commission may send the Recipient similar questionnaires after the Agreement term ends. Responses to these questionnaires will be voluntary.
