Tools & Software. Dell will retain all intellectual property rights with respect to the processes, tools and software related to the Services. Any use by Customer, including the execution, reverse engineering, decompilation, reproduction, modification, distribution, transmission, republication, display, transfer or performance, except as specifically permitted by Dell during the term of Services is prohibited
