TOP-UP WORKERS COMPENSATION / 24 HOUR ACCIDENT COVER & SICKNESS INSURANCE. The Company recognises the importance of providing income security for employees and their families. Accordingly, the company agrees to take out TOP-UP WC/24 HOUR ACCIDENT and SICKNESS INSURANCE with –WageCover or equivalent- as per the Insurance Company Policy with a waiting period not to increase more 14 days for Accident and 21 days for Sickness at an agreed rate of $ 16.50 per week per employee maximum.
