Common use of Topco A&R LLC Agreement Clause in Contracts

Topco A&R LLC Agreement. Prior to the Expiration Date, Xxxxxx shall negotiate in good faith, and use reasonably best efforts and cooperate with Topco and SLR with respect to the finalization of the Topco A&R LLC Agreement in form and substance consistent with the terms set forth in the Equity Term Sheet.
