Toshiba Indemnification. Except with respect to those matters for which Wink has agreed to indemnify Toshiba under Sections 8.1-8.3 above, Toshiba. agrees to indemnify and hold Wink harmless from and against any and all claims, actions, liabilities, and costs, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising with respect to its use and distribution of the Licensed WAS Technology.
