Common use of Total Amount Clause in Contracts

Total Amount. Compensation to Consultant shall be provided on a task order basis at the rates described in the Cost Summary contained in Exhibit “B”. Consultant shall ▇▇▇▇ the City for work provided and shall present a written request for such payment monthly. City shall pay all invoices in arrears and shall in no event be required to pay for any services provided by Consultant in advance. Consultant acknowledges that it is not guaranteed any particular amount of work.
