Suspension of Disbursement. Upon the occurrence of an Event of Default (as defined in this Contract) by the Business, the IEDA may suspend payments to the Business until such time as the default has been cured to IEDA’s satisfaction. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Contract, upon a termination of this Contract on account of an Event of Default by the Business, Business will no longer have the right to receive any disbursements after the effective date of default.

Upon the occurrence of an Event of Default (as defined in this Master Contract or any of the Funding Agreements) by the Business, the IDED may suspend payments and tax credit program benefits to the Business until such time as the default has been cured to IDED’s satisfaction. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Master Contract or the Funding Agreements, upon a termination of this Master Contract on account of an Event of Default by the Business, Business will no longer have the right to receive any disbursements or any tax credit program benefits after the effective date of default. All Award funds may also be suspended, in IDED’s sole discretion, in the event the Business experiences a layoff within the state of Iowa or closes any of its Iowa facilities.
