Total Bank Debt Sample Clauses

Total Bank Debt. The Total Bank Debt (as hereinafter defined) of the Company and its subsidiaries as of September 1, 2000 shall not have exceeded $35,100,000. For purposes of this Section 5.1(v), "Total Bank Debt" shall mean all outstanding bank debt included in current liabilities and long term liabilities including but not limited to all outstanding mortgages.

Total Bank Debt. Borrower will not permit the amount of its Total Bank Debt to exceed an amount equal to (i) seventy- five percent (75%) of the present value (discounted at 10%) of the Oil and Gas Properties as determined by the Bank (the "Present Value") during the six month period from the Effective Date to September 30, 1996; (ii) seventy percent (70%) of Present Value during the six month period from October 1, 1996 to March 31, 1997; and (ii) sixty five percent (65%) of Present Value during the six month period from April 1, 1997 to the Advance Loan Maturity Date.

  • Total Debt The total Debt of all Consolidated Subsidiaries of the Borrower, excluding the Debt, if any, owed by such Consolidated Subsidiaries to the Borrower or another Consolidated Subsidiary of the Borrower, will at no time exceed an amount equal to $500,000,000 (or the Exchange Equivalent thereof).

  • Total Leverage Ratio The Borrowers will not permit the Total Leverage Ratio on the last day of any fiscal quarter to exceed 3.75 to 1.00.

  • Consolidated Senior Secured Leverage Ratio As of any fiscal quarter end, permit the Consolidated Senior Secured Leverage Ratio to be greater than 1.25 to 1.00.

  • Secured Leverage Ratio Permit the Secured Leverage Ratio, as of the last day of any fiscal quarter of the Consolidated Group, to be greater than forty percent (40%), or, for a period of four consecutive fiscal quarters following a Material Acquisition, forty-five percent (45%).
