Common use of TOTAL CONDEMNATION OF LEASED PREMISES Clause in Contracts

TOTAL CONDEMNATION OF LEASED PREMISES. If the whole of the Premises shall be acquired or condemned by eminent domain or by private sale in lieu of condemnation for any public or quasi public use, then the term of this Lease shall cease and terminate as of the date of title vesting in such proceeding.

TOTAL CONDEMNATION OF LEASED PREMISES. If the whole of the Leased Premises shall be acquired or condemned by eminent domain or by private sale in lieu of condemnation for any public or quasi quasi-public useuse or purpose, then the term of this Lease shall cease and terminate as of the date of title vesting in such proceedingproceeding and all rent shall be paid up to and including that date and Tenant shall have no claim against Landlord for the value of any unexpired term of this Lease.

TOTAL CONDEMNATION OF LEASED PREMISES. If the whole entirety of the Leased Premises shall be acquired or condemned by eminent domain or by private sale in lieu of condemnation for any public or quasi quasi-public useuse or purpose, then the term Term. of this Lease shall cease and terminate as of the date of title vesting in such proceedingproceedings, and all rentals shall be paid up to that date; and Tenant shall have no claim against Landlord for the value of any unexpired term of this Lease.

If title to the whole of the Leased Premises shall be acquired or condemned by eminent domain or by private sale sold in lieu of condemnation anticipation thereof for any public or quasi quasi-public useuse or purpose, then the term of this Lease shall cease and terminate as of the date of title vesting in such proceedingproceeding or delivery of possession, whichever is earlier; Tenant shall have no claim against Landlord for the value of any unexpired term of this Lease, and rent shall be adjusted to the termination date.

If the whole of the Premises leased premises shall be acquired or condemned by eminent domain or by private sale in lieu of condemnation for any public or quasi quasi-public useuse or purpose, then the term of this Lease shall cease and terminate as of the date of title vesting in such proceeding, and all rentals shall be paid up to date and Lessee shall have no claim against Lessor or the condemning authority for the value of any unexpired term of this Lease.

If the whole of the Premises leased premises shall be acquired or condemned by eminent domain or by private sale in lieu of condemnation for any public or quasi quasi-public useuse or purpose, then the term of this Lease shall cease and terminate as of the date of title vesting in such proceedingproceeding and all rentals shall be paid up to that date and Tenant shall have no claim against Lessor nor the condemning authority for the value of any portion of the unexpired term of this Lease.

TOTAL CONDEMNATION OF LEASED PREMISES. If the whole of the Premises leased premises shall be acquired or condemned by eminent domain or by private sale in lieu of condemnation for any public or quasi quasi-public useuse or purpose, then the term of this Lease shall cease and terminate as of the date of title vesting possession shall be taken in such proceedingproceeding and all rentals shall be paid up to that date and Tenant shall have no claim against Landlord nor the condemning authority for the value of any un-expired term of this Lease, except as set forth in subsection 15.4 below.

If the whole of the Leased Premises shall be acquired or condemned by eminent domain or by private sale in lieu of condemnation for any public or quasi quasi-public useuse or purpose, then the term of this Lease shall cease and terminate as of the date of title vesting in such proceeding.proceeding and all rent shall be paid up to and including that date and Tenant shall have no claim against Landlord for the value of any unexpired term of this Lease. 

TOTAL CONDEMNATION OF LEASED PREMISES. If the whole of the Leased Premises shall be are acquired or condemned by eminent domain or by private sale in lieu of condemnation for any public or quasi quasi-public useuse or purpose, then the term of this Lease shall will cease and terminate as of the date of title vesting in such proceeding; all Minimum Rent and Additional Rent will be paid up to that date and Tenant will have no claim against Landlord or the condemning authority for the value of any unexpired term of this Lease except for personal property, relocation expenses and matters provided in Section 15.5 below.

If the whole of the leased Premises shall be acquired or condemned by eminent domain or by private sale in lieu of condemnation for any public or quasi quasi-public useuse or purpose, then the term of this Lease shall cease and terminate as of the date Lessee is required to vacate the Premises and all rentals shall be paid up to that date and Lessee shall have no claim against Lessor nor the condemning authority for the value of title vesting in such proceedingany unexpired term of this Lease.
