Common use of TOTAL CONDEMNATION OF LEASED PREMISES Clause in Contracts

TOTAL CONDEMNATION OF LEASED PREMISES. If the whole of the leased premises shall be acquired or condemned by eminent domain for any public or quasi-public use or purpose, then the term of this Lease shall cease and terminate as of the date possession shall be taken in such proceeding and all rentals shall be paid up to that date and Tenant shall have no claim against Landlord nor the condemning authority for the value of any unexpired term of this Lease.

TOTAL CONDEMNATION OF LEASED PREMISES. If the whole of the leased premises shall be acquired or condemned by eminent domain for any public or quasi-public use or purpose, then the term of this Lease lease shall cease and terminate as of the date possession shall be taken of title vesting in such proceeding and all rentals rental shall be paid up to that date and Tenant shall have no claim against Landlord nor the condemning authority for the value of any unexpired term of this Leaselease.

TOTAL CONDEMNATION OF LEASED PREMISES. If the whole of the premises hereby leased premises shall be acquired or condemned taken by eminent domain for any public or quasi-public use or purposeauthority under the power of eminent domain, then the term of this Lease shall cease and terminate as of the date day possession shall be taken in by such proceeding public authority and all rentals the rent (including any additional rent) shall be paid up to that day with a proportionate refund by Landlord of such rent as may have been paid in advance for a period subsequent to the date and Tenant shall have no claim against Landlord nor of the condemning authority for the value of any unexpired term of this Leasetaking.

If the whole of the leased premises shall be acquired or condemned by eminent domain for any public or quasi-public use or purpose, then the term of this Lease shall cease and terminate as of the date possession shall be taken of title vesting in such proceeding and all rentals shall be paid up to that date and Tenant shall have no claim against Landlord Lessor nor the condemning authority for the value of any portion of the unexpired term of this Lease.

TOTAL CONDEMNATION OF LEASED PREMISES. If the whole of the leased premises shall be acquired or condemned by eminent domain for any public or quasi-public use or purpose, then the term of this Lease shall cease and terminate as of the date possession shall be taken in such proceeding and all rentals shall be paid up to that date and Tenant shall have no claim against Landlord nor the condemning authority for the value of any unexpired un-expired term of this Lease, except as set forth in subsection 15.4 below.
