Common use of TOTAL CONDEMNATION OF LEASED PREMISES Clause in Contracts

TOTAL CONDEMNATION OF LEASED PREMISES. If the whole of the Leased Premises shall be acquired or condemned by eminent domain for any public or quasi-public use or purpose, then the term of this Lease shall cease and terminate as of the date of title vesting in such proceeding and all rent shall be paid up to and including that date and Tenant shall have no claim against Landlord for the value of any unexpired term of this Lease.

TOTAL CONDEMNATION OF LEASED PREMISES. If the whole of the Leased Premises shall be acquired or condemned by eminent domain or by private sale in lieu of condemnation for any public or quasi-quasi public use or purposeuse, then the term of this Lease shall cease and terminate as of the date of title vesting in such proceeding and all rent shall be paid up to and including that date and Tenant shall have no claim against Landlord for the value of any unexpired term of this Leaseproceeding.

TOTAL CONDEMNATION OF LEASED PREMISES.
