Total Consolidated Debt to Total Consolidated Capitalization Ratio. The Borrower will not, as of the end of any calendar month, permit the ratio of Total Consolidated Debt to Total Consolidated Capitalization (the "Total Consolidated Debt to Total Consolidated Capitalization Ratio"), as a percentage, to exceed the following amounts for the following (i) 55% for the period commencing on the Closing Date to and including December 31, 2002 and (ii) 50% thereafter.

Total Consolidated Debt to Total Consolidated Capitalization Ratio. The Borrower will not, as of the end of any fiscal quarter, permit the ratio of Total Consolidated Debt to Total Consolidated Capitalization (the “Total Consolidated Debt to Total Consolidated Capitalization Ratio”), as a percentage, to exceed the following amounts for the following periods: (i) 60% for the period commencing on April 1, 2007 to and including March 31, 2008, and (ii) thereafter (A) 50% for each period commencing on April 1 of a calendar year to and including September 30 of such calendar year and (B) 60% for each period commencing on October 1 of a calendar year to and including March 31 of the immediately succeeding calendar year. 10. Section 6.11 of the Credit Agreement is hereby deleted in its entirety and the following Section is substituted in its place:

Related to Total Consolidated Debt to Total Consolidated Capitalization Ratio

  • Maximum Consolidated Leverage Ratio The Consolidated Leverage Ratio at any time may not exceed 0.75 to 1.00; and

  • Consolidated Total Leverage Ratio Permit the Consolidated Total Leverage Ratio as of the last day of any fiscal quarter ending on or after September 30, 2008 to be greater than 3.5 to 1.0.

  • Minimum Consolidated Interest Coverage Ratio Permit the Consolidated Interest Coverage Ratio as of the end of any fiscal quarter of the Borrower to be less than 3.25 to 1.00.

  • Minimum Consolidated Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio The Consolidated Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio shall not be less than 1.50 to 1.00, determined based on information for the most recent fiscal quarter annualized.

  • Minimum Consolidated Net Worth The Borrower will not permit its Consolidated Net Worth at any time to be less than the sum of (i) $250,000,000 plus (ii) thirty percent (30%) of the sum of the Consolidated Net Income of the Borrower (with any consolidated net loss during any fiscal quarter counting as zero) for each fiscal quarter of the Borrower commencing with the fiscal quarter of the Borrower ending June 30, 1997.

  • Consolidated Leverage Ratio Permit the Consolidated Leverage Ratio as of the end of any fiscal quarter of the Borrower to be greater than 2.50 to 1.0.

  • Consolidated Senior Leverage Ratio As of the end of each fiscal quarter of the members of the Consolidated Group, the Consolidated Senior Leverage Ratio shall not be greater than the ratio set forth below: Fiscal Quarter End Ratio ------------------ ----- December 31, 2000 3.00:1.0 March 31, 2001 3.10:1.0 June 30, 2001 3.10:1.0 September 30, 2001 2.75:1.0 December 31, 2001 and thereafter 2.50:1.0 1.6 Clause (c) of Section 7.9 of the Credit Agreement is amended to read as follows:

  • Consolidated Net Leverage Ratio Permit the Consolidated Net Leverage Ratio as of the end of any fiscal quarter of the Borrower to be greater than 4.50:1.00.

  • Capitalization Ratio Permit the ratio of Consolidated Debt of the Borrower to Consolidated Capital of the Borrower to exceed .58 to 1.00.

  • Total Net Leverage Ratio Holdings and its Restricted Subsidiaries, on a consolidated basis, shall not permit the Total Net Leverage Ratio on the last day of any Test Period to exceed the ratio set forth below opposite the last day of such Test Period:
