Engineering and Design Work Payment: Within thirty (30) Days after the execution of the Interconnection Requirements Amendment, the total estimated costs related to the Engineering and Design Work are due and payable by Seller to Company; Company shall not be obligated to perform any Engineering and Design Work on Company-Owned Interconnection Facilities until Seller pays the amounts in Section 3(b)(i) and Section 3(b)(ii) of this Attachment G (Company-Owned Interconnection Facilities), and receipt of such payment shall constitute Seller's irrevocable authorization to Company to perform such engineering and design work.
