Common use of Total Fee Clause in Contracts

Total Fee. City agrees to pay Consultant a not to exceed fee amount of one hundred thousand and 00/100 dollars ($100,000.00) including reimbursable expenses, for the Initial Term. If the Agreement is renewed for the Extension Term, the City agrees to pay Consultant a not to exceed fee amount of one hundred thousand and 00/100 dollars ($100,000.00) including reimbursable expenses, for the Extension Term. Each individual fee will be negotiated prior to commencing each Project and shall be based on the performance of the scope of services to be outlined in each request by the City.
