Common use of Total Fee Clause in Contracts

Total Fee. The total consideration payable to FPC in consideration of the Services to be performed under this Agreement is $600,000 (the “Service Fee”). Company shall reimburse FPC for reasonable out of pocket expenses incurred by FPC in providing Services including, without limitation, costs of travel.
