TOTAL MONTHLY PAYMENT. a) The Concessionaire shall make a Total Monthly Payment (Rupees ) as Fixed fee to DTIDCL. The fixed fee shall be paid on quarterly basis from COD and payable on or before 5th day of first month of the quarter in advance for the due quarter and the same shall be increased @ 5% year on year till the end of the Concession Period.
