Total Monthly Price for MHU. Services including GST shall be released against completion of Services duly certified by Manager, HR & Admin (OTPC) within thirty (30) days of receipt of following documents by Owner in 1 (one) original + 2 (two) copies on fulfillment of the following conditions: 7.4.1.1 Unconditional and unequivocal acceptance of Letter of Award; 7.4.1.2 Submission of Performance Bank Guarantee as provided in article 18.0 ; 7.4.1.3 On mobilizing all the MHU’s along with manpower as per Technical Specification; 7.4.1.4 Submission of a copy of following certificate, license and agreements for all vehicle: (i) Vehicle Registration Certificate (RC) (ii) Insurance (iii) Pollution under control certificate(PUC) (iv) Driving License (v) Agreement with the Vehicle Owners (as applicable); 7.4.1.5 Submission of Monthly report clearly indicating the activities carried out by the contractor and its approval by Project Manager of OTPC. 7.4.1.6 Authorization of total Kilometers travelled with opening and closing meter reading duly certified by Project Manager of OTPC; 7.4.1.7 Log book kept in the vehicle and the movement of the vehicle is recorded correctly with time and running details of vehicle movement as indicated in Technical Specification.   • MINIMUM MONTHLY PAYMENT We will mail you a statement every month if your account has a balance. You agree that you will pay each month not less than the minimum monthly payment by the payment due date. The minimum monthly payment will be 3.0% for Classic accounts or 2% for Platinum accounts of your outstanding balance (“New Balance”) or $25.00, whichever is greater. If your outstanding balance is $25.00 or less, you agree to pay the balance in full. You may pay in full for all your purchases and cash advances each month, or you may repay in monthly installments. We can accept late payments or partial payments, or checks, drafts, or money orders marked “payment in full” without prejudice to our rights under this Agreement, which are hereby explicitly reserved. A credit posting from a merchant or reversal of fees do not constitute a minimum payment. The minimum monthly payment may be allocated at the Credit Union’s discretion to pay off lower rate balances, such as promotional offers, before higher rate balances, such as cash advances or purchases. Payments in excess of the minimum monthly payment will be allocated first to higher rate balances, as applicable. From time to time, we may allow you to skip your minimum monthly payment due. If you choose to skip that payment, Finance Charges will continue to accrue in accordance with this Agreement. Payments received at: Rogue Credit Union, XX Xxx 0000, Xxxxxxx, XX 00000 on or before 5:00 PM Pacific Time on any business day will be credited to your Account as of that date; payments received by mail at that address after 5:00 PM Pacific Time or on a weekend will be posted to your Account as of the next business day. Payment crediting to your Account may be delayed up to five days if your payment is received by mail at any other address or not accompanied by the remittance portion of your Account statement.

  • Carry Forward to a Subsequent Year If you do not withdraw the excess contribution, you may carry forward the contribution for a subsequent tax year. To do so, you under-contribute for that tax year and carry the excess contribution amount forward to that year on your tax return. The six percent excess contribution penalty tax will be imposed on the excess amount for each year that it remains as an excess contribution at the end of the year. You must file IRS Form 5329 along with your income tax return to report and remit any additional taxes to the IRS.

  • Monthly Updates The Contractor must provide the Design Professional and the Owner with monthly updates of the Overall Project Schedule indicating completed activities and any changes in sequencing or activity durations. (See also Articles 2.1.2 and 2.1.5).

  • Contract Year A twelve (12) month period during the term of the Agreement commencing on the Effective Date and each anniversary thereof.

  • Payment of Monthly Bills 10.3.1 SECI shall pay the amount payable under the Monthly Xxxx/Supplementary Xxxx by the Due Date to such account of the SPD, as shall have been previously notified by the SPD in accordance with Article10.3.2 (iii) below.

  • First Year Wage Adjustment Effective July 1, 2017, all salary ranges and rates shall be increased by two percent (2.0%), rounded to the nearest cent. The compensation grids for classes covered by this Agreement are contained in Appendix E-1. Employees shall convert to the new compensation grid as provided in Section 2.

  • Maximum Contract Amount 4.4.1. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, the City’s maximum payment obligation will not exceed ($_) (the “Maximum Contract Amount”). The City is not obligated to execute an agreement or any amendments for any further services, including any services performed by the Contractor beyond that specifically described in Exhibit A. Any services performed beyond those in Exhibit A or performed outside the Term are performed at the Contractor’s risk and without authorization under this Agreement.

  • Contract Quarterly Sales Reports The Contractor shall submit complete Quarterly Sales Reports to the Department’s Contract Manager within 30 calendar days after the close of each State fiscal quarter (the State’s fiscal quarters close on September 30, December 31, March 31, and June 30). Reports must be submitted in MS Excel using the DMS Quarterly Sales Report Format, which can be accessed at xxxxx://xxx.xxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx/business_operations/ state_purchasing/vendor_resources/quarterly_sales_report_format. Initiation and submission of the most recent version of the Quarterly Sales Report posted on the DMS website is the responsibility of the Contractor without prompting or notification from the Department’s Contract Manager. If no orders are received during the quarter, the Contractor must email the DMS Contract Manager confirming there was no activity.

  • Adjustment for Volume Deficit If Sale Area Map indicates that there are incompletely Marked subdivisions and if Contracting Officer determines that a deficit in the estimated volume will cause the volume cut to be less than 90 percent of the total estimate shown in A2, Forest Service, upon request by Purchaser, shall des- ignate additional timber within Sale Area. Such additional timber shall be limited to that estimated to be necessary to reach approximately the estimated volumes by species listed in A2. Any such additional designation shall be con- sistent with land and resource management plans.

  • PAYMENT TERMS/PRE-PAYMENT/QUANTITY DISOUNTS If discounts for accelerated payment, pre-payment, progress payment, or quantity discounts are offered, they must be clearly indicated in the Contractor’s submission prior to contract award. The applicability or acceptance of these terms is at the discretion of the Customer.
