Common use of Total Permanent Disability Compensation Clause in Contracts

Total Permanent Disability Compensation. (a) The Board agrees in principle to the concept of providing suitable compensation should a Member be totally and permanently disabled in the performance of his/her official duties as a Member. The basis and guidelines for determining the amount of such compensation will be as set out in Schedule "E" attached to and forming part of the 1988-1990 Collective Agreement between the West Vancouver Police Board and the West Vancouver Police Association.
