Total Price. For the work described in this Agreement, the Grantee shall receive payment based on actual costs, as defined in subparagraph B of paragraph (9) up to the maximum amount of $441,689 defined as consolidated planning funds. The local matching share shall be 20 percent for funds provided under 23 U.S.C. Section 104(f) and under 49 U.S.C. Section 5303. The local matching share may be either cash or direct cost match or a combination of both.
