Total Price. 36.1.1 The Allottee shall make the payment of the Total Price as per the payment plan set out in Schedule C. The Promoter may from time to time raise demand as per Payment Schedule for payment of installments by issuing notices to the Allottee and the Allottee shall make the payments promptly within the time stipulated in such notices.
Total Price. 5.1 XXX shall pay the Contractor for each delivery as per Purchase Order issued in accordance with the terms and conditions of this LTA, a sum which shall be based on the quantities ordered by XXX and delivered by the Contractor, at the prices specified in this LTA.

For the work described in this Agreement, the Grantee shall receive payment based on actual costs, as defined in subparagraph B of paragraph (9) up to the maximum amount of $441,689 defined as consolidated planning funds. The local matching share shall be 20 percent for funds provided under 23 U.S.C. Section 104(f) and under 49 U.S.C. Section 5303. The local matching share may be either cash or direct cost match or a combination of both.
