Total Senior Secured Debt to EBITDA Ratio. (i) Prior to April 1, 2012, maintain at all times a ratio of (A) total Senior Secured Debt of the Borrower and the Non-Project Subsidiaries on a Consolidated basis as of such date (including the outstanding Advances) to (B) EBITDA, equal to or less than 3.0 to 1.0. (ii) Without limiting any additional covenants set forth in any Additional Senior Secured Financing Document, on and after April 1, 2012, maintain at all times a ratio of (i) total Senior Secured Debt of the Borrower and the Non-Project Subsidiaries on a Consolidated basis as of such date (including the outstanding Advances) to (ii) EBITDA, equal to or less than 2.25 to 1.0.”

  • Funded Debt to EBITDA Ratio To maintain on a consolidated basis a ratio of Funded Debt to EBITDA not exceeding 2.0:1.0.

  • Debt to EBITDA Ratio Maintain, as of the end of each fiscal quarter, a ratio of (i) Debt, excluding Debt in respect of Hedge Agreements, as of such date to (ii) Consolidated EBITDA of the Company and its Consolidated Subsidiaries for the period of four fiscal quarters most recently ended, of not greater than 4.0 to 1.0.

  • Total Debt to EBITDA Ratio The Total Debt to EBITDA Ratio will not exceed 4.0 to 1.0 at the end of any fiscal quarter.
