Common use of Tournament Organizer Clause in Contracts

Tournament Organizer. The Tournament Organizer will (i) manage Tournament registration as well as confirming all information and documentation is properly completed by each Entrant and that each Entrant is eligible to participate in the Tournament based on the requirements herein and any other requirements identified by the Tournament Organizer prior to the Tournament Period; (ii) set up Tournament pairings for each Tournament round; (iii) provide the results of each round to the Entrants; (iv) answer any Entrant questions throughout the Tournament; (v) enforce these Rules and the Tournament Location rules; (vi) organize judges for the Tournament; and (vii) disseminate the Participation Prize to each player at the beginning of the Tournament.
