Common use of TOWING DISABLED VEHICLES Clause in Contracts

TOWING DISABLED VEHICLES. This Insurance shall be operative whilst the Insured Vehicle is being used for the purpose of towing any one disabled mechanically propelled vehicle and the Company will indemnify the Insured under the terms of Section 1 of this Insurance in respect of liability in connection with the towed vehicle. Provided always that; The Company shall not be liable in respect of damage to the towed vehicle or property being conveyed by such vehicle.
