Tr easur er. The treasurer shall be responsible for the following activities:‌ (a) maintain custody of all funds and securities of the Corporation; (b) receipt of and the issuance of receipts for all monies due and payable to the Corporation and for deposit of all such monies in the name of the Corporation in such bank or banks or financial institutions as shall be selected by the board of directors; and (c) generally perform all duties incident to the office of treasurer and such other duties as may be prescribed by the board of directors from time to time.
