Tracking and Feedback. 23.3.1 The manager and employee will monitor progress and provide ongoing feedback throughout the performance cycle on what has been achieved against the employee’s Job Plan. 23.3.2 The manager and employee will participate in developing the Job Plan which will provide a clear description of the employee’s performance requirements, in accordance with the Work Level Standards and Individual Learning and Development Plan for the forthcoming performance cycle.
