Tracking Number. Applications submitted through xxx.xxxxxx.xxx are time/date stamped electronically and assigned a tracking number. The applicant’s Authorized Organization Representative (AOR) will be sent an e-mail notice of receipt when xxx.xxxxxx.xxx receives the application. The tracking number documents that the application has been submitted and initiates the required electronic validation process before the application is made available to CDC.
