Trade Compliance Rules. Purchaser will comply with all applicable export control, sanctions, customs and other trade-related laws, regulations, rules and licenses affecting any products or services supplied by Supplier, including applicable United States, European Union, United Kingdom, Switzerland and local laws and regulations (“Trade Compliance Rules”).
