Trade Contractors. The cost of all work performed by Trade Contractors or Trade Suppliers for Work performed or materials procured pursuant to Trade Contracts entered into in accordance with this Contract and subject to the limitations stated in the Contract Documents.
Trade Contractors. A "Trade Contractor" is a person or entity who is hired by the Construction Manager, not the Owner, (i) to perform a portion of the Work at the Work Site or (ii) to furnish materials fabricated to a special design according to the Contract Documents.
Trade Contractors. Unless a lower limit is approved by the Owner, $1,000,000 “combined single limit” each occurrence for bodily injury and property damage;
Trade Contractors. Except as provided by law, no Trade Contractors or any other Person dealing with Borrower, including, without limitation, the Architect, the Engineer, if any, and the Construction Manager, shall be, nor shall any of them be deemed to be, third party beneficiaries of this Agreement, but each shall be deemed to have agreed (i) that the Trade Contractor(s) or other Person in question shall look to Borrower as their sole source of recovery if not paid and (ii) except as otherwise agreed to in writing between Lender and the Trade Contractor(s) or other Person in question, that they may not claim against Lender under any circumstances.

Trade Contractors. A. Applicability of Procedures
Trade Contractors. Unless otherwise authorized by the Owner, all work shall be performed under trade contracts held by Developer. Developer shall not bid on any of the trade contract work or perform such work with its own forces without the prior written consent of the Owner. Developer shall take competitive bids on the work of the various trade contractors or, if authorized by the Owner, negotiate for the performance of that work.
Trade Contractors. 11.1 Construction of the Works shall be performed by the Subcontractors and Trade Contractors under the management and coordination of the Contractor.
Trade Contractors. Lender shall have received and approved in its reasonable discretion a list of all Trade Contractors for the Project that are or, to the extent then identifiable by Borrower, will be engaged in connection with such Borrower Project and Lender shall have reasonably approved the standard form of Trade Contract.
Trade Contractors. The XXXX shall enter into direct contracts with Trade Contractors or Subcontractors and shall be fully responsible for their work, including the timeliness, quality and price of said Work. The XXXX shall review and process all applications for payment by Trade Contractors for monthly progress and final payments. The XXXX shall pay all Trade Contractors directly. The XXXX shall require that the Trade Contractors furnish an acknowledgment of payment/waiver of lien with each application for payment certifying that money has been received for performance of their Trade Contract during the previous payment period and waiving any right to file or assert a mechanic’s and materialmen’s lien.
