Common use of Trade Details Clause in Contracts

Trade Details. You will furnish Trade Details (as defined below) in accordance with XX Xxxxxx’x requirements as to content, manner and timeliness of delivery, as may be established from time to time. The term “Trade Details” shall mean the specific third party, the department at the specific third party, the purchase/settlement date, the purchase or sale price, and in connection with a repurchase, reverse repurchase, buy/sell back or sell/buy back Clearing Transaction as described in Section 2 of this Supplement, the purchased securities, the pricing rate and the repurchase date.
