Common use of Trade Fixtures; Alterations Clause in Contracts

Trade Fixtures; Alterations. Tenant may install necessary trade fixtures, equipment and furniture in the Building, provided that such items are installed and are removable without structural damage to the Building. Tenant shall not make, or allow to be made, any alterations or physical additions in, about or to the Premises that affect the structural aspects of the Building, the Building roof or Building foundation without obtaining the prior written consent of Landlord, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld.
