Common use of TRADE-OUT AGREEMENTS Clause in Contracts

TRADE-OUT AGREEMENTS. All contracts and agreements (excluding Program Contracts) pursuant to which Seller has sold, traded or bartered commercial air time on the Stations in consideration for any property or services in lieu of or in addition to cash (collectively, the "TRADE-OUT AGREEMENTS"), including those set forth and identified in Schedule 2.1.6.

TRADE-OUT AGREEMENTS. All contracts and agreements (excluding Program Contracts) pursuant to which any Seller or Heritage Subsidiary has sold, traded or bartered commercial air time on the Stations in consideration for any property or services in lieu of or in addition to cash (collectively, the "TRADETrade-OUT AGREEMENTSout Agreements")) including, including without limitation, those set forth and identified in Schedule 2.1.6.

TRADE-OUT AGREEMENTS. All contracts and agreements (excluding Program Contracts) pursuant to which Seller has sold, traded or bartered commercial air time on the Stations in consideration for any property or services in lieu of or in addition to cash (collectively, the "TRADE-OUT AGREEMENTS"), including those set forth and identified in Schedule 2.1.6. 3 <PAGE> 2.

All Except for the Excluded Contracts, all contracts and agreements (excluding Program Contracts) pursuant to which Seller has sold, traded or bartered commercial air time on the Stations Station in consideration for any property or services in lieu of or in addition to cash (collectively, the "TRADE-OUT AGREEMENTS"), including those set forth and identified in Schedule 2.1.6.
