Common use of Trade Practices Clause in Contracts

Trade Practices. The Company agrees, whenever possible, to use only the services of those Companies which observe the wages, hours and economic conditions of employment established by labour unions having jurisdiction over the type of service performed. Upon request by the Shop Delegate, the Company shall advise him of the source of any work brought into the plant from the outside. Such a request shall not interfere with the normal production of the plant.
