Trade Secret and Proprietary Information. Executive acknowledges and agrees to those certain covenants set forth in the Trade Secret and Proprietary Information Agreement (the “TSPI Agreement”) set forth as Exhibit A hereto. The covenants in the TSPI Agreement do not supersede or replace any other confidentiality, non-competition or non-solicitation agreement entered into between the Executive and the Company to the extent that such confidentiality, non-competition and/or non-solicitation agreement is more protective of the business of the Company.
