Common use of Trade Shows/College Classes Clause in Contracts

Trade Shows/College Classes. With HHC’s prior approval in its sole and absolute discretion, Instructor may conduct HHC classes at trade shows and in classes for college credit. An approval request must be submitted at least fourteen days, but no more than thirty days, in advance of the request, to xxxxxxx@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx. Whenever Instructor participates in or conducts such trade shows or classes, Instructor’s name must be listed in any promotional materials. Instructor must not participate in any class using the HHC Marks if any other class-teaching participant is not an HHCIC member.
