Trademark Agreement. This Trademark Collateral Security and Pledge Agreement, as amended and in effect from time to time.
Trademark Agreement. The Trademark Collateral Security and Pledge Agreement, dated as of May 10, 2004, by and among the Borrower and each of the Subsidiaries and the Administrative Agent, in form and substance satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Purchaser acknowledges that it is not acquiring, nor shall it be deemed to acquire, any ownership or other rights whatsoever in the trade names, trademark, logotypes and symbols covered by the Trademark Agreement. The Seller has delivered to the Purchaser a true and correct copy of the Trademark Agreement. 19.
