Common use of Trademarks and Publicity Clause in Contracts

Trademarks and Publicity. Except for linking to CureMD websites, Licensee may not use any CureMD logo or trademark, whether or not such mark are registered, in any form whatsoever without prior written approval from CureMD. CureMD may publicly refer to the Licensee, orally and in writing, as a customer of CureMD and may also use Licensee’s trademark or logo for this purpose. Any other reference to Licensee by CureMD requires the written consent of Licensee.
