CSEA Rights CSEA shall have the following rights in addition to the rights contained in any other portion of this Agreement.
Broadcast Rights The Licensor hereby grants to Licensee broadcasting rights up to 2 Radio Stations.
Security Cameras Security cameras have been installed throughout the Facility; however, they will not routinely be used in areas where there is an expectation of privacy, such as restrooms or patient care areas.
Apple and Android Devices The following terms apply when you use a mobile application obtained from either the Apple Store or Google Play (each an “App Distributor”) to access the Site:
Marketing Rights Neither the Company nor any of its Subsidiaries have granted rights to license, market, or sell its products or services to any other Person and is not bound by any agreement that affects the Company’s (or any Subsidiary’s) exclusive right to develop, distribute, market or sell its products or services.
Completeness of Content Licensor will inform Licensee and/or Participating Institutions of instances where online content differs from print versions of the Licensed Materials. Where applicable, Licensor will cooperate with Licensee to identify and correct content errors or omissions, and when necessary, the Licensor shall use reasonable efforts to ensure that the online content: (1) is at least as complete as print and other physical format versions of the Licensed Materials; and (2) represents complete, accurate, and timely replications of the corresponding content contained within the print and other physical format versions of such Materials.
Monitoring Arrangements 8.1 We will formally monitor the progress of the access agreement at least once a year through the Executive Group who report biannually to the Steering Group. Initial monitoring will be concerned with participation rates and the development of data on lower income and other under-represented groups, against which to monitor. When specific baselines, targets, and milestones are determined we will look to monitor against these.
Data Rights User retains all rights over any data and other information that User may provide, upload, transfer or make available in relation to, or which is collected from User’s devices or equipment by, the Software, including, without limitation, information pertaining to how the Software obtains, uses, and respond to inputs, location, ambient conditions, and other information related to use and operation of the Software with Honeywell or third-party products, software or websites (“Usage Data”). Honeywell has the right to retain, transfer, disclose, duplicate, analyze, modify, and otherwise use Usage Data to protect, improve, or develop its products, services, and related offerings. All information, analysis, insights, inventions, and algorithms derived from Usage Data by Honeywell (but excluding the Usage Data itself) and any intellectual property rights obtained related thereto, are owned exclusively and solely by Xxxxxxxxx.
Exportkontrolle Du stehst dafür ein, dass die Apple-Software nur unter Beachtung aller anwendbaren Exportbestimmungen der USA und des Xxxxxx bzw. der Länder, in dem bzw. denen du die Apple-Software erhalten hast, verwendet, exportiert oder reexportiert wird. Insbesondere, aber ohne Einschränkung darf die Apple-Software nicht (a) in ein Land exportiert oder reexportiert werden, über das die Vereinigten Staaten ein Embargo verhängt haben, oder (b) einer Person überlassen werden, die auf der Liste der Specially Designated Nationals des U.S. Treasury Department oder der Denied Person’s List oder Entity List des U.S. Department of Commerce oder einer anderen Liste mit eingeschränkten Parteien verzeichnet ist. Indem du die Apple-Software benutzt, erklärst du, dass du weder in einem dieser Länder wohnhaft bist noch auf einer der vorstehend erwähnten Listen genannt wirst. Licensing Schemes and Geographic Scope The following provisions do not apply to Quintiq Last Mile Edition (5MB-LEQ) nor to Quintiq Last Mile Shipments (for Retail) (5MP-LMQ) nor to Quintiq Last Mile Shipments (for Express) (5MP-LMQ-X).
