Common use of Trademarks and Trade Names Clause in Contracts

Trademarks and Trade Names. Except as expressly set forth in this Agreement, no license is granted to either Party to use the other Party's trade names and trademarks. All permitted use of such marks by either Party will inure to the benefit of the owner of such marks, use of which will be subject to specifications controlled by the owner.
