Trademarks and Tradenames. Buyer may use Seller's trade name, trademarks and product names only in connection with Buyer's distribution of the Products and in a format and style approved by Seller. Buyer will use such trademark notices as may be reasonably requested by Seller to protect Seller's trademark rights.
