Trading notice. Where any director, officer or employee of the Company proposes to deal at any time in the Securities, prior approval from the Chairperson (or in the case of the Chairperson, from chairperson of the Audit and Risk Committee) is required in order to determine whether such a transaction might be sensitive or infringe the general prohibition on Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxx (see paragraph 3.4(a) above).
