Common use of Trading of Securities Clause in Contracts

Trading of Securities. Neither Purchaser nor any of its officers, directors, shareholders, employees, affiliates, agents or representatives have violated any laws, statutes, Orders, ordinances and regulations, whether federal, state, local or foreign, arising out of or in any way related to the issuance of or trading in the capital securities of Purchaser, including, without limitation, Rule 10b-5 of the Exchange Act.

Trading of Securities. Neither Purchaser nor any of its officers, directors, directors or ten percent (10%) or greater shareholders, nor, to Purchaser's Knowledge any of its employees, affiliates, agents or representatives have violated any laws, statutes, Orders, ordinances and regulations, whether federal, state, local or foreign, arising out of or in any way related to the issuance of or trading in the capital securities of Purchaser, including, without limitation, Rule 10b-5 of the Exchange Act.
