Trading Partner Information Security. (a) GS1 Data Excellence, shall during the term of this Agreement, provide security for Trading Partner’s Proprietary Information within the GDSN at least at levels and in the manner in which GS1 Data Excellence secures its own proprietary information, but in no event less than a reasonable degree of care.
