Common use of TRADING RECOMMENDATIONS Clause in Contracts

TRADING RECOMMENDATIONS. Customer acknowledges, understands and agrees that: (a) Any information communicated to Customer by Service Provider or any introducing broker affiliated with Service Provider does not constitute an offer to sell or the solicitation of an offer to buy any foreign currency Contract nor shall it constitute a trading recommendation; (b) Any such information, although based upon information obtained from sources believed by Service Provider to be reliable, may be incomplete and may be unverified; (c) Service Provider makes no representation, warranty or guarantee as to, and shall not be responsible for, the accuracy or completeness of any information furnished to Customer; and (d) Customer further acknowledges that, should Customer grant trading authority or control over Customer’s Account to a third-party (Authorized Agent), whether on a discretionary or non-discretionary basis, Service Provider shall in no way be responsible for reviewing Customer’s choice nor making any recommendations with respect thereto.
