Common use of Trading with State Employees Clause in Contracts

Trading with State Employees. The Parties certify that this MSA does not and will not violate the provisions of Georgia’s code of ethics and conflicts of interest statutes set forth in O.C.G.A. § 45-10-20, et seq., in any respect. Service Provider agrees not to employ any individual whose employment would result in a violation of such law.
