The Contractors operations shall cause no unnecessary inconvenience a) Spillage resulting from hauling operations along or across any public traveled way will be removed immediately by Contractor, at his expense. b) When entering or leaving roadways carrying public traffic, Contractor’s equipment, whether empty or loaded, will in all cases yield to public traffic.
